1.龙骨洗净焯水备用。

2.赤小豆洗净备用。

3.将龙骨和赤小豆倒入锅中,加入7-8碗的清水。

4.加盖,放上气阀,大火煮至上汽,转小火再煲30-40分钟即可关火。

5.下汽后,拿掉气阀,开盖调入盐和鸡精即可。
